Local Artist and Writer Malaya Riders’ Family has an amazing artistic bent that twines it’s way through at least 3 generations of women and across a distant geography and time.
For this art center show, a rare convergence of art from Malaya’s mother, aunt, sister and niece will fill the gallery walls. Using watercolor, oils, drawing, ceramics and photography and a wide spectrum of styles and approaches the show offers a intimate glimpse into the this talented matrilineal lineage.
